Our path to a beautiful exterior includes the following: 1. Power Washing Each property is power washed to remove dirt, mildew, and any loose paint or paint chips that may be peeling off of the exterior. 2. Prep & Prime All loose paint is stripped, sanded, and primed as needed. Windows and doors are caulked as necessary. Window panes receive new putty as required. 3. Painting Premium quality paint is applied with a brush, roller, and/or sprayer depending on the surface. 4. Clean Up We pledge to "leave no trace." Our policy is to leave no evidence that you just had your house painted....other than a beautiful home! Every day and upon completion of the job, all trash is packed up and removed from the premises. 5. Inspection To ensure that all areas are painted properly, a final walk around is done before the crew packs up to leave. Final touch-ups are noted and completed before the customer signs off the job as complete. |
